yeah, it was kinda weird trying to animate characters, iv experimented some with just making simple shapes move and stuff and thats gone pretty well, but with people it kinda looks like they are just morphing around rather than actually moving

Yeah everything you see is hand drawn. I scan each page into the computer and then assemble everything in an editing software.
